LAVic CEO Anthony McIntosh will welcome all to season 2026/27 and provide an overview of what lies ahead for Little Athletics for the coming 12 months.

An update on the 2026-27 season ahead. Competition dates and venues, Rules and Regulations changes etc. Followed by general discussion and questions.
TUESDAY 28TH JULY
A session evolved around the discussion of committee’s & the governing rules that arise for Centres. A session targeted at both new and experiences committee members.
[6:30 PM] Session 3 – Roles, Responsibilities & LAVic Requirements
LAVic’s Safeguarding and Integrity Lead, Clair Fernandez and Australian Athletics’ General Manager – Integrity, Briar Sefo will provide an overview of the National Integrity Framework – child safety, member protection, wagering on sport, drugs in sport and complaints handling – and what this means for our Centres.

WEDNESDAY 29TH JULY
The crew from GameDay take us through what’s new, enhancements, new resources and tips for Centres in preparation for the upcoming 26/27 season.
[6:30 PM] Session 5 – GameDay Registration System
Timing Solutions Co-Founder & Director, Matt Vescovi and LAVic’s own Kim John will take you through the latest updates, developments, shortcuts and tips in our competition results system.
THURSDAY 30TH JULY
An update on the forthcoming season and the education opportunities that will be offered to those whose efforts sustain it.
