Centres that have conducted their Season 24/25 AGM, please refer to the instructions below that form as requirements as an affiliated Centre with Little Athletics Victoria and also with Consumer Affairs Victoria / NSW Fair Trading as an Incorportated not for profit organisation.
Little Athletics Victoria
Items to be submitted within 14 days post your Season 24/25 AGM or in conjunction with Affiliation sections 1 and 2 & prior to being able to accept new seasons registrations:
Please proceed to send through to our office (office@lavic.com.au) an electronic version of your:
- AGM Minutes
- Financial Statement presented at the AGM.
- Financial audit report / Independent review of financial statements presented at the AGM.
- Schedule 1 Financial Compliance Document Statement (link) to the end of the previous financial year.
- Constitution / Model rules – Only required if there have been changes that were sanctioned/approved at your AGM.
- 2025-26 Equipment Register
Note: This list should be updated on the 31st of March each 2nd calendar year (at minimum) & be kept as a Centre resource, Centres are encouraged to send a copy to the office for record keeping purposes. All new items are recommended to be added to this document, receipts/photographs should be retained as evidence of purchase.

Consumer Affairs Victoria / NSW Fair Trading
Submit an annual return logging into myCAV / NSW Fair Trading. This is required within 1 month of the AGM. This should be done by the incoming Secretary (VIC) or Public Officer (NSW).
If your Centre Secretary/Public Officer has changed it is required you notify Consumer Affairs Victoria / NSW Fair Trading (within 14 days of your AGM).
Victorian Centres: the Secretary/ Public Officer must create their own individual myCAV account to use the system. The Secretary’s account can then be linked to their incorporated association. To create your myCAV account, you must use a personal email address (not your club/association email address) to verify your identity and sign in to your account.
New South Wale Centres: Please refer to the requirements of NSW Fair Trading for requirements to set up and make updates to your account.
Important: If there has been a change to your Constitution / Model rules you will be required to lodge these with Consumer Affairs Vic / NSW Fair Trading within 28 days.
