1. How can I register as an Associate Member?
You can register by completing the Associate Member registration form provided by your Centre or Region.
2. Who do I contact to register?
You can contact your local Centre or Region – whichever level you are currently involved with to receive a link to the associate member registration form.
3. I volunteer at Centre/Club level, Region, and State. Who do I complete my registration with?
If you volunteer across multiple levels (Centre & Region, even State), complete your Associate Member registration with your Centre only. You will be able to nominate involvement with the relevant level/s and your details will be shared appropriately with the other levels.
4. When does my Associate Membership expire?
Your Associate Membership expires on the 31st August each year and must be renewed annually.
1. What communication do I send to invite someone to register as an Associate Member?
An Associate Member invitation script was emailed to all Centres and Regions on 18 or 19 March 2026, titled “Important: LAVic 2025/26 Associate Member Registrations.” This communication included the correct Associate Member registration link, along with a short explanation of why registration is required and the benefits of becoming an Associate Member.
2. How do I find my link to register Associate Members?
You can find your Centre or Region’s Associate Member registration link in GameDay under the ‘Membership Forms’ tab. Select the relevant form, click the three dots (⋯) menu, and choose either ‘Copy Form URL’ to share the link or ‘Generate QR Code’ if you prefer to display it for scanning. Alternately review the email sent to your Centre from the office on 18th or 19th March 2026, which includes the link to your Associate Member registration form.
3. If I am a Region, can I see the Centre’s Associate Members in my Region?
Yes. Regions can view the Associate Members registered within the Centres in their Region.
