This portfolio is responsible in getting parents / guardians to officiate on a weekly basis at the Centre venue. Rosters need to be established to ensure parents / guardians are rotated evenly.

This role may also take on the position of coordinating parents to complete duties required for Region and State events.

Ideally the person conducting this role will have an understanding of the duties required at each event and will assist any parents / guardians in fulfilling these roles.
