Centre Affiliation is for the period 1st September to 31st August.

Online Affiliation

Please find a link below to a document – ‘2024-2025 Online Affiliation Summary’. This document provides instructions on section 1 of affiliation, it will also include a link to complete the online affiliation. Note: The portal link to complete the online affiliation / register is at the end of the help document.

Complete Online Affiliation

On completion of the online application, your invoice will be emailed to your Centre email address (@lavic.com.au). Invoices will be based on your previous season’s registration numbers:

  • Less than 150 Members – $55 or;
  • More than 150 Members – $110
