LAVic Regulation 6 Terms for Affiliation Membership of Centres 2025
Regulation 6, which are the terms and conditions of affiliation for LAVic Centres, is available for downloading by clicking on the green button below.
Online Affiliation
The button link below will open the document ‘2025-2026 Online Affiliation Summary’. This document provides instructions on section 1 of Affiliation; it will also include a link to complete the online affiliation.
Affiliation Payment
On completion of the online application, if your Centre does not have a credit with the office, your invoice will be emailed to your Centre email address (@lavic.com.au). Invoices will be based on your previous season’s registration numbers:
- Less than 150 Members – $55 or;
- More than 150 Members – $110
Please await your invoice or receipt (if a credit applies).
